Millions of people compare and debate the rights and wrongs of Black & White photography vs Colour photography... but... what's really the better option??
Black & White has the traditional 'old fashioned' feel. Whilst colour can be deemed the 'modern' look.

Each have their positive and negative points. I've had the same debate with myself as every photographer does... do I go for colour or black & white? what looks better? what would be more popular?
To a certain degree it doesn't really matter what anyone else thinks... as a photographer the important thing is what feels right to you...
Colour...
but surely it would look better as a Black & White...
Then... I thought why not use them together to create something 'unique'...
To me... this captures the best of both mediums.
It doesn't always work for every picture and in all fairness it's sometimes down to personal opinion. It also depends on the subject matter, what works for one, doesn't necessarily work for another. Just try different variants to see what works best.
